I was lied to by a very nasty employee!


What you’ve done to me is an awful thing an awful awful thing!
I went very far to 2 Best Buy’s looking for this! Both said none in stock but the guy at the second store convinced me it would be here Wednesday!
I was unsure but he bullied and persisted.
I said amazon has 2 day shipping, are you sure I will get it Wednesday?
I was assured by 2 of your workers it would be here Wednesday, I asked no less than 10 times!

Now I can’t cancel the order because I have to go to a store. Well I want you to know that is NOT an easy trip.

Why do I have to be inconvenienced for your mistake? That’s a really nasty thing to do! I have a Best Buy credit card and spend upwards of $10000 a year. After being lied to like I was I’m unsure if I can continue to shop here.

I was promised the PS4 would be here in 2 days. It’s my own fault I trusted a store who can’t hold inventory even though I knew amazon wouldn’t let me down! My fault I guess.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I'm very sorry about the delay in getting that PlayStation 4 out to you. I'm sure the intent of the person you spoke with wan't to lie, but rather to give you the best available information.
