Best Buy Store Purchase

I asked the sale associate how much we would get for our old cell phones.. I was told $700.00 for each phone.. So we took the plunge.. A couple of days later I went to a Verizon store down the block from Best Buy to trade in the phones. There I was told I would only get $350.00 for each cel phone.. Do you have any idea how I felt being lied to.. I’m a long time Best Buy customer.. I’ve had some problems in the past with Best Buy but remained a loyal customer.. not anymore.. Do you have any idea how inconvenient this is not to mention my time and money spent on accessories that cant be returned? Then I made the mistake of calling and waiting 20 minutes on hold to speak to a Best Buy representative only to get someone who I can understand and they cant understand me.. Once I get my cell phones changed back to the ones we had, I will be parting company with Best Buy.. I cant see how they can ever make this right with me.
