I was sold a certified Apple MacBook and told to put AppleCare on it. When I called Apple they had to tell me that i was sold a MacBook that unfortunately was never certified. I have called the store, I have reached out to management. No one has provided me with a resolution. I’ve posted on social media and called. I believe that when someone pays good money for a product or service, places like Best Buy should stand behind it. I want a resolution. Has anyone ever gone through this?
