I have been reaching out to besybuy for a few months about an open box laptop I purchased in store. The laptop didn't work properly and is practically useless. I returned it to the store on the 15 day. I was told I was an elite member. Go to return it and I'm told I am not elite. Which means now I'm stuck with a lemon. I called the store and no help. I called bby cs. Omg their customer service has been awful since covid. i went over all my purchases and showed how many purchases I made should have made me elite. The guy was unhelpful rude and wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor. Finally I reach a differ rep who says I have 2 accounts one showing elite and the other no elite. Well he put in a order a while ago and no one has reached out. Because of this I am stuck with a computer that is defective and now more time has lapses. I'm not getting anywhere with the see reps. I finally spoke to a supervisor about a different problem huh....and they attempted to help but the phone hung up. This is ridiculous and its not right. This is just one of my many issues lately with best buy. My anxiety gets so bad that I literally get off the phone crying. This is not right and I am a fateful customer. How to a reach a person who can resolve all my issues. I don't want a standard representative.

What was the issue the laptop was having anyway?

How long ago did you purchase this laptop? Do you remember when you tried to return it? Based on your message it sounds like you may have multiple My Best Buy accounts, have you been able to get assistance merging these?
