I never received my curbside pickup item

I ordered a K70 gaming keyboard when it was on sale for $109.99 For curbside pickup. When I went to the Best Buy near me, I entered my car details and clicked I am here and the person who came up to my car said that I was at the wrong one. Turns out I ordered the curbside to a Best Buy with the same name in my state that’s an hour away. Now my item says it has been picked up but I haven’t received my item.

I know how convenient Curbside Pickup has been for many of our customers, so I'm sorry to hear it went so awry for you from placing it for pickup at the wrong store, and then having it marked as picked up.
