Hello friends! I need some help, I just noticed on my credit card statement that I am still paying around $23/ month for Geek Squad protection plans for three phones I no longer own. Long story short, I was on Verizon and I switched to Sprint (big mistake, but that's a tale for another day) and I had to turn the phones into Sprint of my buyout with Verizon.
I still have the serial numbers of the phone I traded-in and the phone numbers haven't changed, but I don't have the policy numbers or documentation of my coverage through Geek Squad.
I'm not looking for a refund of the last 8-9 months of charges, I didn't notice it and that's my fault; but I would like to cancel the service so I don't keep getting charged for it.

You should be able to cancel the remainder of your Geek Squad Protection by giving us a call at (800) GEEK SQUAD which is (800) 433-5778.
