Best Buy Store Purchase

I need my purchase receipt/invoice for my Iphone XS 64gb. I bought it at bestbuy in Florida(on the road between Tampa and Orlando) between the days 03/20/2019 and 04/05/2019. Could you verify and send me the purchase receipt that is in my name by e-mail? The reason is my iphone is having problems and apple is asking for the purchase receipt to prove that this iphone is really mine. I need somebody to help me look up the purchase by serial number or my e-mail. It was paid in cash. Can you check the purchase by e-mail used to buy? or phone serial number? iPhone Xs - Model number: MT942LL/A - Serial Number: {removed per forum guidelines}. I live in Brazil and I can't go to the store. I really need your help.
