I bought earphones a couple months ago and even though I chose the email copy, I didn't get it. Who do I need to private message.
For some strange reason Best Buy has locked me out of my credit card account, so I can't get the exact date of purchase. But I don't purchase things everyday, so hopefully just knowing the month when I bought it will be fine?
