I'm upset with the way I was treated in store, is there a way to register a formal complaint ?

I Went to the store at 529 5th Ave
New York, NY 10017
on 12/12 at 12PM to exchange a broken Nintendo Switch Pro Controler on my lunch break. The superviser insisted that I couldn't do it, and tried to trick/scam me into taking a refund of $5.99 for Geek Squad. I refused and called custermer servise on my phone. Custermer servise rep on phone told me I had a valid Geek Squad , and exchanging it was no problem, And to have the superviser call them. I had to ask the instore superviser 3 times to call before she did.  She called , put the phone on speaker , it was nothing but hold music for 15 minutes. After 1PM  She finaly exchanged my controler , after I was late for work. And then Lied to me some more.  This is the wost experience I've ever had in any store Smiley Sad   And the worst Lunch hour of my life.

Our Geek Squad Protection (GSP) is intended to make servicing a device simple, so the difficulties you've reported aren't at all what we hope for our customers to experience. Generally speaking, GSPs for gaming controllers aren't repaired, but simply replaced in store.
