I just brought a new TV, I unboxed it and it was broken

Am furious, disappointed, angry on how busy busy handles returns. I been a loyal bestbuy customer for years now, I just brought a brand new LG tv, i got home and unboxed it, it was cracked. they won’t return or exchange the tv, the employees were blaming me for causing that physical damage. I literally just unboxed it and it was BROKEN. Am been on the phone for hours, No help or solutions. It’s so frustrating as their customers to go through all this, with this economy, spending hundreds of dollars on a tv to received it broken and BESTBUY won’t do a nothing about It.
