I haven’t received my refund.

I placed an order through the Best Buy app on July 9th for curbside pickup the same day. The store I went to did not have my item ready and they told me to cancel. I cancelled And I haven’t received my refund yet. I would like to get my money back ASAP there is no reason that it should be taking this long.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by our community forums. I can certainly understand wanting to receive these funds back in your account as soon as possible. I'd be happy to give you some more information.

 

Usually it will take up to one full billing cycle to show on statement, but typically will reflect in the account sooner. Have you been able to see this refund since making this post? Please let me know if I can do anything to help at this time!
