I have an issue with a purchase

I have an issue with a purchase some one stole my card and bought a phone with my cc. I would like my money back you guys keep charging me for this . And I'm very upset for I never bought this item. I am being charge for a cell phone. That I never bought, I have contacted you guys before but no one got back to me regarding this matter. The purchase was done on the 12/31/2019 for a hp laptop and a ulnar Samsung Galaxy S10. The lap top was credited back but not the phone. I'm very upset about this.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. Having your credit card used without your knowledge is always a terrible experience. I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you.

 

You will want to report this to your credit card provider and the police. This article is about fraudulent orders on our web site, but it should also apply in your situation as well.

 

I hope that your bank is able to get this charge removed, and that the police are able to catch this thief.

As stated, you will need to contact your card's issuer (bank, credit union, whatever) and the authorities.

While we understand what you are going through is unpleasant, we would encourage you to follow the steps in the article that my colleague previously mentioned. Make sure you contact your local law enforcement authorities, and file a report.  If the police conduct an investigation, we will be happy to cooperate with them.
 

For any additional information regarding your situation, please continue to communicate with the police and your credit card company regarding this investigation.
