Best Buy Store Purchase

I bought microsoft duo 2 in Mar 18, 2022 and i didn't like it so i returned it next day Mar 19, 2022 they said i will recieve a check in a mail in 7-10 business days then i still didn't receive it i called bestbuy and they told me to wait 15 business days so i waited and still nothing i called them back at april 8 and they say they couldn't track my check because it came from my store which is 5 min away from me.. then they said they gonna redo the check because they can't track it and they will send a new check from their office and that they will send me a track number for my check in 3 days and that the check will come in 15 business days so after 3 days i didn't recieve the tracking number for my check and its been another 15 business days and i still didn't get it yet so from march 19 to april 29 i still didn't recieve my refund check... it's so stressful..
