I orderd batman the anitamed series on bluray for the holidays. It is a collectors item so i made sure i bought it before you ran out. i called 1-888-best-buy like i was told. they refuse to connect me to a manager and will not help me fix my problem. All i would like is for the dover best buy to send 1 copy to the concord pike best buy so i can exchange my tv series. instead i was told i have to drive 110 miles (55 each way) and over 2 hours if i wanted to exchange it for a new undamaged one. This is unaccaptable, all i want is an exchange and no one will help me. I would like someone contact me and help me.
