I recently purchased an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 from my local BestBuy. I asked them to put me on their insurance plan and they did. However, I didn't catch how to make a monthly payment on it, nor did I catch how to update my card details.
Any help on this would be great! Thanks

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize that the folks at your local store didn’t completely explain how your new Geek Squad Protection plan works. I hope that I’ll be able to clear everything up for you.
First, as to making payments, that should be automatic. When you swiped your card while purchasing the Geek Squad Protection plan the details were captures and the card will automatically be charged every month. There’s no work needed on your part!
If you do want to update the payment information to switch which card gets charged you can give us a call at 1-8700-GEEKSQUAD (1-800-433-5778) and ask to speak with someone about your plan. Alternatively you can head over to this link and fill out the form to update the details online.
