I recently had an excellent interaction with Chad at Best Buy on 1201 S Hayes Street Suite B in Arlington VA (22202). He was extremely helpful in the multiple interactions I had with him and went out of his way to assist me after several other team members were not able to. I felt cared for and would like to leave feedback somewhere about how great he made the experience for me.

Your purchase receipt should have a website and a customer service pin. That should be the best way to leave feedback. Some stores online in the store locator also have a management email as well.

Best Buy can also directly send this to the store leadership too.
