I'm handicapped and can't drive. The phone at our local Best Buy stores are never answered ever since this COVID problem started. I called the 1-800 number for Best Buy, and they can't help with this inquiry.
I need to find out if a particular TV is on display. I will not purchase a TV without being able to go in a store and see it. How can I contact someone to find out if a particular TV is on display?

While it would be nice if there were a rapid response to my inquiry, it has now been several days and there is still no response.
