Our Return & Exchange Promise does share that we’d be unable to take back damaged items for return. Was there any damage to the TV’s box? How did you transport the TV home? Typically, when damage is reported on a television it’s reviewed for a point of impact. It sounds like one was clearly noted. Do you recall if the TV was transported face up or down? A fist size blob would signify pressure damage and as my partner Mariah mentioned previously under the Return & Exchange Promise period we are unable to take back damaged items for return. I'll continue to await your response to see if there is any other way we may be able to assist!
