I am having a problem resolving an issue with my local Best Buy store. I have personally met with the store manager who shook my hand and promised me it would be resolved. He could see in the paperwork provided by the Best Buy employee what the deal was that I agreed to when I purchased 2 phones and signed up for a Verizon contract. Apparently the employee made a mistake but the manager said it was their fault and they would honor the deal. It's now 6 weeks later and I contact him every week and he says he hasn't forgotten me but it's not resolved. Who do I contact to get this resolved?

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. Cell phone contract issues can be frustrating to get resolved. I apologize for that error, and for the amount of time it has taken to try to get this resolved.
For cell phone contract issues, the store that did the activation is the best resource to get help. That said, I'd be happy to work with you to get an update on the status from the store.
