I am a long time customer. I went to purchase a new phone plane and was talked into using a new carrier. The manager was taking care of me, but wanted to go home. He let another associate finish up. The associate could not figure out how to port over one of the phones so he asked if we would accept a new number. We were a little annoyed, but agreed. We were assured both old phones were deactivated. Imagine my surprise to get a $100 bill from our old provider because the phone he could not figure out how to port, he also could not figure out how to deavtivate! When I left a messge with the manager, he emailed me to say he had been promoted to another store, but would send a message to the new manager. I heard nothing. I once again reached out to the old manager. The next day I get a call from the new manager's associate. I explained the situation to him. He put me on hold, and when he came back he said the new manager said there was nothing he would do, but if I wanted to drive down and vent, he might be around. Really?
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONE!!!!
I'd like to file a complaint!!!! Arrogance and poorly trained staff should not be part of Best Buy's mission!
