The 15 day return policy for items bought in store is an absolute joke in a world where other retailers offer 30 or even 90 day policies.
Is there an email address or other way of directly reaching a customer service representative about this?

Welcome to our community. While I'm unhappy to hear you've encountered an issue with regard to our Return & Exchange Promise, I certainly do appreciate your feedback.
Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). Outside those time frames Best Buy cannot offer a return or exchange.
