Horrible

For months I have reached out to customer service about the things I have saw and a Spartanburg sc store ! Items being thrown around the store stealing especially in the inventory dept ! Its sad I had to come here but enough is enough i watched a African american woman in the back toss and throw items in the store during business hours numerous of times

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you letting us know about your experiences with our Best Buy Spartanburg location. It's certainly strange to hear about products being treated this way and I'd like to look further into this.

 

You mentioned that this happened several months ago, is that correct? Has anything happened recently that reminded you of this? Have you ever had the opportunity to speak to a store manager during your visits? Any additional information would be much appreciated.

It happen servers months ago and I just seen it occur again ! Like I said I talk to the manager if I see it I know they see it throwing products around like their toys and then putting them back on shelf to sell !

I’m a customer I don’t no any of their names nor the dates but it has been numerous of times I have witness this. I see it in the back all the time I will not be shopping there anymore

I see the girl that was throwing your products the products that we pay good amounts of money for is still working there it’s a shame I have to come to a forum and still nothing is done

Such a strange post. I’m not sure if the moderators you’ve been communicating with via private messages conveyed this to you, but you will likely not be made aware of any outcome from their communication and investigation. This is always the same, whether you are a customer, 3rd party employee, or Best Buy employee. We appreciate you still shopping with us.

No problem I should have known this is somewhere not to go for a complaint! You do see how much customers have received damaged products and still nothing done I will just take my complaint higher up on the food chain !
