Horrible experience at the Garland store location

i went in store and got approved for price match for lg laundry package. they scheduled a delivery date with me. The delivery truck arrived on time. however, the wrong pedestal was delivered.  called customer service and they said they ordered the wrong one and they will reschedule for 7/3/18 between 8am and noon, we asked if we could keep the washer/dryer but they said no it has to be all installed at the same time. that day no one came. called customer service and they said they will send someone out immediately. they came but with no washer/dryer. called service and they rescheduled on 7/6 again between 8 am and noon. it was a no show again. called the local store and the reason why they canceled delivery for the past 2 times was that they changed their mind on price match. i asked to speak with the manager. she told us that they didnt price match on one of the pedestals - of course she couldnt tell me which one. so i demanded an explanation of why they kept giving us the run around. she told me the reason why they price matched at that time was to please us???!!!!

I’m not entirely sure what was surrounding our Price Match Guarantee, but I could certainly understand why you’re reaching out to us on the Best Buy forums for some answers!  I’d be delighted to take a closer look into this, but I’ll need you to send me some information so that I can dig deeper!
