Horrible customer service, selling defective tvs

I’ve been having ongoing issues much like everyone else with the 58 insignia fire tv reguarding sound. Geek squad offers no solutions. The store has been treating me with no respect and ethics and I’ve been emailing the “DM” with no resolution. Honestly I think they purposely gave me the wrong email for the DM. So now I was wondering if anyone can give me the phone number or the correct email for the DM for the Ocala, Florida store so I can hopefully get this resolved

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us here on the Best Buy forum. I hear you that you’re not having a good time with your 58-inch Insignia Fire TV. We want the best for our customers, and it hurts to hear that you feel this way about your interactions with store personnel. I’m glad that you reached out here so that we can direct you to the right place.

 

While not the answer you are hoping for, Best Buy store District Managers (DMs) are not typically customer facing and we would not be able to provide contact information for that person in your area. With this said, regarding resolution for this particular 58-inch Insignia Fire TV issue, it’s my understanding that Insignia is continuing to work on solutions and plans on contacting customers with open repair orders soon. If you do not have an open repair order or you have further questions about this issue, please connect with Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 as they will be best positioned to assist going forward.
