We never wish for any denied returns. So, we can understand how frustrating this can be. If the return was being made within policy, there shouldn’t be any issues despite being open. If this was the case, we can take a closer look if you send over a Private Message with your full name, phone number, email address, and the customer service PIN number at the bottom of the receipt.
