Horrible Customer Service

I am absolutely livid right now. Went to Best Buy to get an adapter for my surface pro . The store associate GAVE ME THE WRONG ADAPTER!!! Went to return it with a receipt and the store refused to give me a $79.00 refund or store credit!!! Because it was “ open “ well how would I know it works if I didn’t open it !!! I will never shop here again!!!

We never wish for any denied returns. So, we can understand how frustrating this can be. If the return was being made within policy, there shouldn’t be any issues despite being open. If this was the case, we can take a closer look if you send over a Private Message with your full name, phone number, email address, and the customer service PIN number at the bottom of the receipt.
