Hi, Brian,
Welcome back to the forums. Thanks for reaching out to us about this.
Generally speaking, once a phone has been returned, it cannot be re-sold. You’d likely have to put in a new order for a new phone instead. What you’d need to do is return that LG phone and purchase the new Samsung. If they don’t have any in stock, they should be able to order one in for you.
If there is an issue with them doing this, please send me a private message with your name, email address, phone number, and the customer service PIN from the bottom of the receipt. Any context the store provided about not being able to sell you that phone would help as well. I’ll dive in and see if I can offer any additional advice.
Sincerely,
