As the title says I'm looking for any help I can get. I placed an order from the Union NJ store at around 12:30 Saturday afternoon. After almost 3 hours I didn't get any notification that it was ready for pickup up. I figured I'd try a different store in case they were able to get it quicker. So just after 3pm on on Saturday I placed another order for the same item at the East Hanover NJ and within 10 minutes I got the email that the item was ready for pickup at East Hanover. Still no message from the Union store.
I got to the East Hanover store by 4pm and everything went perfectly, I was back home by 4:30. Later at around 7pm I went back on the Best Buy site to cancel the original Union store order and I see that it was showing as picked up, which I never did!
So I called the Union store in the morning Sunday and got no answer. I then called the 800 number and was on hold for almost an hour. After being out on hold several times to check with supervision, I was told that I needed to contact the store, which I told them I already tried and they said to just keep trying, that they can't help me. I then called the store every hour the rest of Sunday and got no answer. It's not close enough to just casually stop by, I would really prefer to speak to someone on the phone but no one answers the phone!
If anyone on here has some advice or can help in any way, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much in advance!!!
