We appreciate you taking the time to post here, and I am sorry if you still haven't received these two $25 Best Buy gift cards. I'm not personally aware of this promotion, and in every instance I have seen any mobile gift card promotion is fulfilled in store at the time of purchase.
I would like to look into this deeper, but the information I have on you didn't pull up these purchases.
