Haven't received gift cards for upgrading phone at BB

My husband and I both upgraded our phones at Best Buy on 9/17/17. We had 3 different people helping us and we are told twice that we would each receive a $25 gift card just for upgrading our phones with your company. I asked if it would be something we'd receive that day and we were told we'd receive them in the mail in a couple of weeks (could have said email, now I'm doubting myself, but I believe it was regular mail). It had been a month and no sign of gift cards. When should they arrive?

Hey silverwick,

 

We appreciate you taking the time to post here, and I am sorry if you still haven't received these two $25 Best Buy gift cards. I'm not personally aware of this promotion, and in every instance I have seen any mobile gift card promotion is fulfilled in store at the time of purchase.

 

I would like to look into this deeper, but the information I have on you didn't pull up these purchases. Could you send me a private message with your name, your phone number, and the Customer Service Pin number off the front of the receipt for both of these phones? Thank you. I ended up calling the customer service number instead. This promotion ended up being through the My Best Buy program. If you are a member and upgrade or get a new phone activated with best buy, you receive $25 in rewards points per phone. For some unknown reason, I didn't receive the points. They are able to credit me with the correct points and I'm all good now.
