Purchase a Samsung television on 9/3/18 and was told by the salesperson that I would receive $300 in "store credit" that I could use towards a purchase at any BB store. I have not recieved any store credit info. I have received an email that says "your $100 reward certificate", and it expires 11/17/18.
I have tried SEVERAL times to call the local store where I made the purchase...when I finally get the "call center" to answer, they transfer me to the local store, it rings 3-4 times then hangs up.
I have tried to call the 888-237-8289 number and stayed on hold for 10-15 minutes each time.
I would prefer to handle this via a phone call as it is a 30 drive from my home to the store.
Anyone have any suggestions.

If I was told my purchase qualified for a particular offer or reward, I think it's pretty logical to expect that sooner or later I'd receive said offer. I'm disappointed to hear you've encountered some difficulties reaching the store to discuss this matter further, and I hope I can help get to the bottom of this.
