I returned a purchase and Best Buy lists it's status as "Return received" on Jan 12th.
Site says it may take 5 days to process the refund. It's been 18 days now and I still haven't received an email confirmation nor the refund.
I used the chat support and they told me to wait a few more days which I did but still have not received any email or refund.

Depending on the form of payment you used and how you processed this return, it can take up to one billing cycle for these funds to be available in your account. Did you make this return at your local Best Buy or by mail? For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within seven to ten business days.

I made the return via mail. It's not just that I haven't received the refund, I also haven't received confirmation that the refund has been processed. The status of the order is still "Your return made it back on Wed, January 12. Please allow up to 5 days for us to begin processing your refund."
It has been 18 days since Best Buy received the refund but the status has not changed and I have not received any updates.
