Had the worst experience ever in a your Mechanicsburg PA store today.

I wanted to inform you that at 12:35 pm today I was in your store.  I was going to purchase a new Samsung phone.  I was shopping around for 5 mins looking at the phones when a male walked past me.  I thought maybe he didn't know cell phones so I continued to look around for a while. The same male passed me 2 additional times without any comment.  There was another customer at your cell phone counter with a family of 3 getting new phones from a woman.  I after looking around for at least 5 mins I had a question about the difference between 2 phones and was going to buy one of them.  At that point the same male walks within inches of me and goes to 2 other customers that just walked in.  Needless to say I left making the comment I guess he didn't like my mask or the way I was dressed, as I was in my work clothes (holes in blue jeans and a gray shirt).  I attempted to call the store after I left to inform the manager of the incident buy the phone just rings for 5 mins and goes dead.  I attempted to call 5 times with no one picking up the phone.  I guess you stopped training your empoyees to pick up the phone or what even moderate customer service looks like.
