HELP PLEASE

MY NAME IS CHARLES {removed per forum guidelines} AND I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN ITEM FOR STORE PICKUP, WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE THEY INFORMED ME ITEM PICKUP ALREADY, WHICH I NEVER DID PICKUP ITEM, NOW TODAY I LOGGED INTO ACCOUNT AND SEE A RETURN STARTED. I DID NOT DO THIUS.

 

I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your Store Pickup order. Utilizing our Store Pickup option should be a simple experience, but I can imagine your surprise when you visited the store only to be told the order had already been picked up. With that said, it sounds like the store may have attempted to make this right by beginning a return to refund you. I would need to dig further into this though to be sure.
