You stated “Yes i paid with gift cards and every time i call them they give me fake waiting time and fake information no.. each agents gives me different words .. and now more than 1 month and no refund yet” when asked about the refusal. If nobody has said “I refuse” I can assure you that is NOT what is happening.
Let me let you in on the world of tier 1 support at any company anywhere. They can read notes applied to your account or your case, but because they are tier 1 they may not fully understand them. When you claim that you are given fake information or fake dates, this is a tier 1 person trying to interpret the notes and relay them to you. It’s not a game they are playing, they are just not “in the know”. Again, you’ve come to the right place to get assistance, please allow the moderators a chance to look at your case. This may take a few days as they are assisting customers ahead of you.
