Please help me. I'm so frustrated!
Order Number:{removed per forum guidelines}
Spoke to 3 agents today - two via chat and one phone call. All three guaranteed me that my DJI Mini 3 Fly More Combo would arrive by 9pm EST which has passed and no drone. Now FedEx shows Monday arrival which is unacceptable. Had I known it wouldn't be here until Monday, I would have picked it up at my local store today as it still shows them in stock and is 45 mins away.
Please help me get my drone in my hand tomorrow. I will go pick it up at the Pensacola FL store.
What can you do for me? Thank you in advance.
