ON February 24th, 2022 I visited the Gateway Drive location ( which is one of my favorite locations because their customer service is so superb!) I wanted to buy two new televisons for my home along with a sound bar. These three associates by the name of Estebar, Kemarley and James helped me in so many ways. They were very knowledgeable with the store product and they convinced me to purchase the "Best Buy Totaltech Membership". They helped to the front of the store with my items and were very patient. I can't thank them enough for this great experience. These three men are very hardworking, they exceeded my needs. I will be Back! THANK YOU!
