Great Customer Service experience

I ordered an Open Box Surface Laptop 4 which said it had no parts missing. It actually had the wall cord part of the charger missing. I took it to the store tonight (11/2) on El Camino in Mountain View and the team there was able to resolve the issue immediately. I especially want to call out Aidan H from the customer service desk, Kevin from the Computers section, and manager Patrick who helped to expedite getting me in and out of the store. 

 

Great work from the team there!

While I certainly regret the unexpected inconvenience to which you were put, it is very good to hear that your issues were resolved promptly and successfully by Aidan, Kevin and Patrick at our El Camino Real location.
