Great Customer Service Greenbrier location in Chesapeake, VA

This was originally going to be a bad review in the beginning but turned into a great review in the end. My mother and son ordered me a fathers day gift I had been wanting for my computer and they surprised me and ordered it online to be picked up at the Greenbrier Best Buy in Chesapeake, VA. When I went to pick it up there was apparently an error in the system. I had the paperwork with me showing it was ordered for pick up at their location and got the notice 1 hour after the order was placed that it was ready for pick up. It was apparently moved in the system for pick up at a different location. I was upset that I was going to have to drive to another location further out. I spoke to Devin and Anotonio after asking for a manager, even though the error was neither of these guys fault, they took direct ownership of the problem and did what it took to correct the issue and have me leave as a very happy customer. I have my own business and I believe that any company is only as good as the people they hire on the front lines. Well done Best Buy with hiring these 2 guys. I really appreciated both of them going the extra mile. I feel they went above and beyond what some people would have done in a similiar situation.
