Great Customer Service Experience

I could not find a phone number or email but I had a great customer service experience and I wanted to make sure the company. 

 

I think his name was Fitz the interaction was at Best Buy #121. The customer service pin at the bottom of my receipt is {removed per forum guidelines}. He was a Specialty Sales Manager. 

 

I usually buy everything online but my girlfriend likes to go to the physical store. After an experience like that though I will go buy my electronics from this Best Buy even though I live closer to the one in Clovis. 

 

My girlfriend and I went in an hour after closing to replace her screen protector and buy one for myself. It took quite a while but all of the customers in front of us had complicated situations so I understand. We probably waited 30 minutes in the mobile section before they were able to help us. Due to Covid we decided to socially distance from the couple that was being helped in front of us. This older couple cut in front of us after we had already been waiting for a long time. When it was our turn he politely told the other couple we had been waiting before them and were next (Much to my relief because my girlfriend was hungry and was probably about to kill me). He was so nice and talkative. If he really leaves Best Buy to start the knees and toes body wash company that compliments head and shoulders, you have lost a great employee. 

 

I don't usually leave reviews but we had such a great experience. I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserved.

Welcome to our forums!  I think one of the biggest perks of shopping in store, rather than online, is interactions like the one you and your girlfriend had with Fitz at our Fresno, CA store, and I’m glad you took the time to share your experience with us!  It’s awesome to hear he was not only able to provide some friendly service, and get you guys the screen protectors you were looking for, but saved you from your untimely demise at the hands of a hungry girlfriend! 

 

It sounds like Fitz is providing some excellent customer service out there in Fresno, so while I’ll be unable to give him a high-five myself, please know I’ll be forwarding your kudos to the leadership team at our Fresno, CA store, so he can get the recognition he deserves.
