Got charged again instead of getting a refund for a returned product

Hi I purchased a Logitech keyboard ($185.92) on 7/3 and returned it on 7/11. Instead of showing a refund I got charged a second time for the same amount so now I have $365.84 in charges for an item I returned.

Only realized this after checking my bank statement. The charge has already processed so not sure who I need to work with to get it fixed.
