That's super frustrating. If you're in a hurry, you can reach the store management directly via email using the steps below. Next time you call back, you can probably request to wait on hold for a manager if you feel you've been getting the runaround. Hopefully, they can figure this out for you soon.

Like you, when I make a call for assistance, I have the not unreasonable expectation that my call will be answered (hopefully promptly) and that I will get the help I need. Certainly what you've described is not any customer's ideal situation and I apologize for the complications you've encountered in having your concerns addressed.
Were you able to get the assistance you needed, either by email or by visiting the store as you had planned?
