I went in today to pre-shop for smartphone, possibly camera, possibly tablet, TV, and my future Logitech keyboard when Christian had appeared. He was very helpful and I could see how online retailers could not match this sort of experience. It's very helpful. As I was looking at Tablets, Justin appeared and he had remembered me from my last visit MONTHS ago! Wow! He was very helpful and we talked about various products. These are experiences that one doesn't get from online only retailers. I didn't have to help fund a billionaire to play spaceman for this experience. :-P Finally, as I was getting ready to leave, a manager named Christian (two Christians) introduced me to the Vizio P which has many gaming features. I was aware of the Sony, and my TCL 5 that I bought there but had no idea about the Vizio P.
As I stare at my 0 balance of my Best Buy credit card I prepare for the inevitable. I really appreciate the help from the crew today! Please thank Justice, Christian, and Christian for me!

Welcome to our forums! I know whenever I visit a retail store to do some shopping, I hope I’ll get to work with at least one friendly and knowledgeable associate during my visit, so it’s awesome to hear that you not only got excellent service from one, but three associates during your visit!
