Good afternoon, I received a gift card from your office because I received a damaged refrigerator. Today I went to Best Buy to purchase a TV and to use the gift card but I they could not see PIN number on the card after scratching it off. So the customer service rep and the manager said that once I get the gift card, I can come back to the store and then credit me do return & buy and a credit. I had to call customer service wait 30 minutes to speak to someone, then the person hung up because I could not understand them they had heavy accent. This whole experience with Best Buy has been very unprofessional. I’ve lost a lot of time on the phone. Going to Best Buy now having to go back again after I get the card, which could be 15 days it really is not fair and I should be compensated because I was sent an invalid card, and the time I’ve spent at the store on the phone and having to go back. I look forward to hearing from you.
