I was issued an e-gift card a week ago via phone and have not received any email or correspondence regarding it. I have tried to contact Best Buy customer support several times and no one seems to be able to help. The e-gift card was for $50 to reimburse me for the student deal that the store associate did not give me when I purchased my daughter's laptop.
