Gift Card Failed Authentication

Hello so last Wednesday I did a return at Best Buy was trying to exchange for a gaming laptop but they couldn’t find it so they handed me 3 gift cards 2 with 500 and 1 with 390. Next day went to do curbside pick up for the laptop and boom first giftcard failed so I called the lady told me it would be back in about 24-48 never went back so I used my 2 with 500 and paid the difference on my card boom the 500 one failed. Went to the store because I’m out 716 dollars told me just to wait till Monday because it would be a business day now here I am on Monday have made about 20 calls to support call saying they’ve contacted there back office should be in by today or a couple hours and all these different time frames and when I call and give my case number it can’t even be found. I just want my 716 back on my cards because I was told once’s it’s back in to come to store and the manager will do the purchase for me with the gift cards. It’s been almost a week and the funds are still not back on my giftcards.

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time tor each out to us regarding your recent purchase experience. I know that if I had such a large amount of funds that was missing from a gift card, I would also want to get this taken care of as quickly as possible.
