I bought a membership, and purchased a receiver, speakers and other home theatre items last month. My Apple TV went out. thetefore I called and purchased a new one. I also ordered the geek squad to install it. They were supposed to come yesterday. Two days ago I got a phone call from Brandon, a senior consultant at the Thousand Oaks store he said he would arrange for the geek squad to come out after the Apple TV was received. The Apple TV arrived yesterday and no one scheduled a new geek squad appointment. I've been on the phone for 90 minutes trying to schedule a geek squad appointment. I was just told it would cost me $129 to have them come out. I've placed four calls to Best Buy and all I get are people who barely speak English and don't understand what I'm saying. I hate Best Buy.

I would be frustrated to be waiting for my new device installation as well. Many installation services are included with your Best Buy Totaltech membership, so there is a good chance that this service would be as well! I would be happy to look into this further for you.
