I'm sorry to hear that an installer called in sick at the time of your appointment. Anytime we have Autotech's call out, the management should be doing their best to call their clients with as much notice as possible to reschedule.
If the store is unwilling to work on your other vehicle then they should be supplying you with more information on what steps to take next. You're going to need to work with a moderator, I'm sure, to see what options may exist from here. To be honest, I'm not sure what outcome will take place, but we appreciate you stopping by to create your post!
