Geek squad and store manager will treat you poorly if you give negative reviews

Ordered 2 remote starts for 2 cars. After they canceled and verbally promised to get this done, months went by. I did a review pointing this issues out. When I went back on the day I should get the secod one done they told me someone called in sick and couldn't do it, no call. They then told me in person they didn't like my review and told me to take my car to a different location. How does best buy stand for a manager like that!!

Thanks for stopping by to share your feedback with us on the Best Buy forums.  It certainly sounds like there is quite a backstory with these two remote starts and I'm sure a lot has transpired before posting here.  I'm sorry to hear that an installer called in sick at the time of your appointment.  Anytime we have Autotech's call out, the management should be doing their best to call their clients with as much notice as possible to reschedule.

If the store is unwilling to work on your other vehicle then they should be supplying you with more information on what steps to take next.  You're going to need to work with a moderator, I'm sure, to see what options may exist from here.  To be honest, I'm not sure what outcome will take place, but we appreciate you stopping by to create your post!

No help from anyone at Best buy. Up to me to schedule another appointment at a different store after all the appointments at Delafield location get canceled with no call or help. 3 months of appointments and still need the install.

I would say that if the Executive Relations team provided you an answer, plenty of people have assisted with your situation. Maybe it’s not the kind of help you are requesting, but it sounds as if the original store’s refusal was justified based on the official response above.

Moving forward, here are some tips to help you get the work completed. The great news is that you are near several other Best Buy locations in and around the Milwaukee. Appointments can usually be made online at BestBuy.com under the services tab near the top. My personal recommendation is to call or schedule a consultation to ensure nothing was missed so your installs go smoothly.
