On January 19,2022, I walked into the Best Buy located in Gateway Mall, eager to find the perfect laptop in order to complete my school studies as effective as possible. When I first walked in there was a group of people standing behind the register by the laptop section having personal conversations. I wasn't acknowledged as I walked into the area. I had to interrupt the conversations and ask " Hello, is anyone available to assist me? I am looking to purchase a laptop" Everyone looked at me as if I was crazy for interrupting their personal conversation while they were on the clock. There was this very tall gentleman, who refused to help and carried on various conversations with his co-workers while they were trying to work. His conversations had nothing to do with work! And then he walked off and went to the restroom.
This all happened until I met Cristell. She was patient, Knowledgable, and listened to everything I needed in order to purchase the perfect laptop. She upsold, she asked if I wanted warrenty, anti-virus, as well as the microsoft office package. Cristell sold me! THANK YOU SO MUCH CRISTELL I appreciate you, continue the great customer service. We need more people like you.
