I want to return my Samsung Smart TV. I am outside the normal scope of the return policy. You sell defective products that don't have support. If I call Samsung, they tell me they will have to send a technician and charge me to fix your deceptive and defective garbage products. I am sick of wasting time trying to get this to work. I went to your store twice today to buy external dongles and the TV still won't work. Please set me up with a refund- I wasted $400 on your defective products and I don't want it in my house anymore!

Hello, charlesblack,
Purchasing a new TV is very exciting and can surely be an investment. Thank you for choosing Best Buy for your purchase. I understand how frustrating it would be that your new Samsung TV isn’t working as expected. We’d be happy to point in you the correct direction on this matter.
As you can understand, since Best Buy doesn’t manufacturer the TV we’d be just as unsuspecting as you would that your TV may be defective. We’re sorry to hear that you’re currently outside of your Return & Exchange Promise. Partnering with the manufacturer to seek assistance under your warranty with them would be the best option available. We’d be unable to speak to any costs charged by Samsung, but typically if your TV is defective a charge may not be assessed. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us.
Respectfully,
